EFFECTIVE JAN 1, 2013 WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH OR CARD RETURNS. We will however continue to gladly exchange merchandise purchased within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in the original perfect condition that they left the store, with all of the tags intact. We carefully inspect all merchandise before being sold Any wear, odors, stains on returned merchandise will make the exhange unacceptable and the exchange will be denied. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including insurance if desired.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of incorrect merchandise being received or a defect.

On-line purchases may be returned in person to the store on Delmar Blvd. when accompanied with the receipt. Again, the original shipping cost is still non-refundable, only the cost of the merchandise plus sales tax (if applicable) will be refunded.
