We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in the original perfect condition that they left the store, with all of the tags intact. We carefully inspect all merchandise before being shipped. Any wear, odors, stains on returned merchandise will make the return unacceptable and the return will be denied. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including insurance if desired.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of incorrect merchandise being received or a defect.

On-line purchases may be returned in person to the store on Delmar Blvd. when accompanied with the receipt. Again, the original shipping cost is still non-refundable, only the cost of the merchandise plus sales tax (if applicable) will be refunded.
