What is your refund and exchange policy?

Hats N Stuff has a no refund policy. We do offer exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can exchange a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The consumer or purchaser is responsible for all exchange shipping costs or expenses. Please keep the receipt.

Why am I required to provide my information at checkout?

In the ability for our team to ship our merchandise or offer in-store pickup, we must collect your information to confirm identities for both your safety and our own. You will be required to enter basic information such as your name, email address, physical address, and payment information in order for us to process your order at checkout.

How does in-store pickup work?

Upon checkout, you will be able to select whether you want your items shipped directly to you or elect to pickup directly from our retail store. If you select to pickup at our store, please allow up to 24-hours to claim your item. Please keep your order receipt and bring a valid drivers license so that we can confirm your purchase and identity at our store. We will contact you when the order is ready.

We sell licensed sports apparel, headwear, and novelty gift ideas covering a number of regional sports teams and universities. All from the top manufacturers of licensed goods such as '47 Brand, Adidas, New Era, Fanatics and more! Merchandise selections are available for Men, Women, and Newborn to Youth sizes as well.

How do I add products to my cart and checkout?
